Dr Shen is a leading Computer Vision expert and particularly strengthens ACVT expertise in Machine Learning.
Prof He is the Chairman of the department of electronics and information engineering at Northwestern Polytechnical University. He is the Founder and Director of Shaanxi Provincial key laboratory for information acquisition and processing.
