Hi,
I am in Adelaide working 3D construction sequencing animations on big projects to increase understanding of construction process to reduce risk, save money and saftey. We are very interested in the new area of Building Information Modeling (BIM).
We would like to look at doing some collaborative work with you in Adelaide.
At the moment we are working on the $200M SAHMRI medical research building opposite City West campus and would like to discuss possible collaborative approaches.
Hope to here from you soon,
Regards,
Andy
Dear professor Andrew O’Grady,
I hold an M.Sc degree in applied mathematics. I graduated from Isfahan Azad University.
I’ve worked in the area of Image Processing Based on PDEs (Perona-Malik and ROF
models) for more than 2 years. My thesis was about Stopping Criteria for Anisotropic PDEs in Image Processing. I’ve worked on some papers in this area. Some of them are accepted and others are submitted recently. I’ve studied about 60 papers as well as these books:
Digital Image Processing: Gonzalez R.C, Woods R.E. 2008.
Digital Image Processing using MATLAB: Gonzalez R.C, Woods R.E
Image processing based on PDE: Xue-Cheng Tai Knut-Andreas Lie Tony F.Chan Stanley Osher.
A Multigrid Tutorial. 2nd edn: Briggs W.L, Henson V.E, McCormick S.F
And some other books about PDEs and image processing.
Furthermore, I’ve studied about Image Processing Based on Wavelets for about 7 months.
It would be my honor to be your research partner. I like working more in this area, and I want to continue my education in Ph.D. degree.I would be very grateful if you would attend to this matter. Please let me know if I can provide additional information(for example, my CV) to aid you in the evaluation of my application.
Yours faithfully,
M.Khanian
I am a Bachelors of Science with a major in Computer Science, and a Masters of Information Technology from Monash (DE) and Flinders University of South Australia. My area of interest is in the automation of labelling medical images processing. I would like to know how do I become an ‘associate’ member. I am preparing a Masters of Science proposal for admission into Flinders University. I want to participate in Computer Visison discussion. I work part-time as a Programmer Analyst at the Industrial Relations Court, Commission, Workers’ Compensation Tribunal and Health Practitioners’ Tribunal of South Australia and very much into the development of computers. I used to work at the Roseworthy campus of the University of Adelaide in Agricultural as a Research and Science Lab Assistant. I would like to meet people in the computer vision arena.
Cheers Raj
Hi Raj
We are definitely interested in having more associate members, around Adelaide and elsewhere.
Send me an email and we’ll work it out.
Regards
Anton
